If you receive a damaged item (not caused by the delivery), contact Kol Ami within 7 days to have it replaced or exchanged. Please send it back to us, insured and prepaid, in the original condition within 30 days. It is important to include a note explaining the situation and how you would like to proceed with your exchange or refund. Don't forget to include your packing slip along with a daytime phone number. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item arrives damaged when returned to us, you will be responsible for the claim. The type of product we sell can be easily compromised. We encourage the customer to know what he/she is ordering and trust the customer to do so. We will not accept a return because the customer decides the item is not really what he/she wanted.
