BEFORE REGISTRATION We need to have a valid credit card permanent Authorization Form on file to fulfill your orders. You can go to the link below and print one out. You need Adobe Reader to view and print the file. If you don't have it use the link below to obtain that program.

Please fax us as well a copy of your business Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and your Federal Employee Identification number. Please include your phone number and e-mail address.

If your registration is successful, you will be taken to a verification screen.

Step 2. Establishing your wholesale pricing -
When you have returned to this page, click on "Request wholesale pricing." -
This will open a "contact us" window with your name and e-mail address already filled in, and a drop-down menu to choose the subject. Choose "Request wholesale pricing." -
Simply put your company name in the body of the e-mail and click "Send Email Now." -
When you receive confirmation you can exit the website for now. SISU will process your request within 24-48 hours and send you an e-mail informing you that you can start ordering online at the wholesale price. Request wholesale pricing
PLACING YOUR ONLINE ORDER
On your next visit, all you need to do is log in to your account through the link below or the "Wholesale & B2B" or "My Account" tab. Your discounted prices will appear on screen. (In order to view the regular retail prices, you have to log out and go back to the same item.)
For small orders or drop shipments, please view our special terms.
"Retailer Drop Shipment Terms" IMPORTANT When you place your wholesale order online and are ready to check out, please indicate Payment Method as "Mail In Your Payment By Check Or Money Order." Upon receipt of your order we will use your Credit Card Authorization Form to process your payment offline or invoice you per your Terms. Your final invoice will be e-mailed to you.
